Bank details

It is important that you keep your contact and bank details up-to-date. If your personal details (such as your contact address) change, or you are going to use a different bank account for scholarship payments, please update these in your student OASIS accounts.

Instructions on how to do this are below.

  • To create and update your bank details:
  • To update your personal details:
    • Log in to OASIS with your Student ID and password;
    • Navigate to the My Studies tab and select the eStudent button;
    • Once in eStudent you need to go to the My Details section and update the appropriate section/s.

In some circumstances you will be required to present certified documentation directly to the University - an example of when this may happen is if you legally change your name. To have this change reflected you will need to follow the steps for updating your contact details before supplying original or certified copies of appropriate documentation to your Student Service Office; they will then be able to process your name change request.

  • To update your bank details:
    • Log into staffOASIS using your Staff ID^ and password;
    • Select the Employee Kiosk* button in the welcome or my employment tab;
    • Once in the Employee Kiosk enter the Payroll section;
    • You can then choose to edit your banks details via the disbursements page.
  • To update your personal details:
    • Log in to staffOASIS with your Staff ID^ and password;
    • Navigate to the Employee Kiosk* button via the welcome or my employment tab;
    • Once in Employee Kiosk you can update the appropriate detail/s via the Personal folder.

In some circumstances you will be required to present certified documentation directly to the University - an example of when this may happen is if you legally change your name. To have this change reflected you will need to follow the steps for updating your contact details before supplying original or certified copies of appropriate documentation to your Student Services Office (to update student details) and the HR service desk (to update staff details); they will then be able to process your name change request.

^If this is your first time accessing OASIS using your scholarship/staff ID, you may have to contact scholarships for your ID, and/or activate your account as per the instructions in activating your account for scholarships [.pdf] and create a password. Your records will then be updated to reflect this information.

*If this is your first time accessing the Curtin Employee Kiosk you may have to visit Accessing the Employee Kiosk and follow the instructions for resetting your password.
