| Eligibility: | This award is open to citizens of an overseas country (excluding New Zealand). Scholarships will be awarded on academic merit and research capacity to suitably qualified overseas graduates eligible to commence a higher degree by research in 2011*. | Value: | The International Postgraduate Research Scholarship provides:
In addition, all successful applicants will receive a Curtin University Postgraduate Scholarship (CUPS) valued at $20,427 (2009 value). This tax-free stipend is indexed annually. An extension of up to two (2) semesters (one semester at a time)is available where applicants can demonstrate delays to their research caused by circumstances beyond their control and related to their research rather than due to personal reasons. |
