The ConocoPhillips SPIRIT Scholarships were developed by ConocoPhillips in conjunction with Curtin University to encourage Engineering, Geoscience and Human Resources students to consider a career in the energy industry. The program provides educational and long-term professional development for students.

Awarded on academic merit to students who are enrolled in an eligible Science or Engineering degree and embody the company's SPIRIT values.

Awarded on academic merit to students who are enrolled in an eligible Human Resources degree and embody the company's SPIRIT values.
