Scholarships events
Throughout the year the Scholarships Office staff (undergraduate and postgraduate) take part in a variety of events.

Curtin scholarship award presentation
The 2018 scholarship award presentation was held on 19 February 2018 at Alcoa Court on the Bentley Campus.
Over 1000 Students, industry sponsors, high school principals, friends and family joined Curtin staff for the ceremony to celebrate the achievements of newly awarded undergraduate merit scholarships. Following the presentation of the certificates, attendees enjoyed refreshments and entertainment.

Lecture visits
Where possible, scholarships staff visit relevant lectures throughout the different Faculties to promote industry sponsored scholarships. These scholarships not only provide financial benefits but also opportunities to develop links with potential employers.
Curtin Careers Fair and High School Careers Expo
Throughout the year, the Scholarships Office hosts information sessions during each semester, Orientation Weeks, and information booths at Curtin and High School Careers Fair events.
Teachers Big Day Out
The Teacher's Big Day Out is catered towards career coordinators, teachers, principals and heads of year groups. Curtin experts cover information on courses, admissions, scholarships and transition to university.
Parents' information evening
Each year there are two parent information evenings for parents of year 10 and year 12 students. The Scholarships office attend both providing information about the scholarships process and what will be available.
Curtin Open Day
Open Day is a chance for Curtin's various faculties and departments to show students, parents, partners, and the wider community what they have to offer. Open Day is also a key date in the Scholarships Calendar - it is the day all scholarships for future students open for application.
