About this scholarship

WeMoney will award $5,000 AUD to up to three (3) scholarship recipients annually to help cover academic and other costs during the academic year.

Scholarship Details

Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate Business, Finance, or STEM program in university during the 2023-2024 academic school year

In terms of application, students need to submit a 1000-word essay question. 

To get a glimpse of the application essay questions, you can check them out here: https://wemoney.typeform.com/scholarship23. Their team will then evaluate every submission. The awardee(s) will be selected based on the relevance, quality and profundity of their essay submission.

Addtional Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or holder of a permanent humanitarian visa
  • Must be an undergraduate enrolled full-time in university during the 2023-2024 academic school year
  • Must have an overall average Grade Point Average (“GPA”) of 3.0 or D at the time the application is submitted
  • Must be enrolled full-time in an any Business, Finance, or STEM program
  • Be able to demonstrate financial and/or educational disadvantage
  • Provide a personal written statement addressing the points listed above
