This research aims to collaborate with defence partners to create a microservice-based remote operation system featuring a hybrid architecture that combines on-premises and cloud-based solutions, addressing the limitations inherent in conventional SCADA systems within the defence industry. The traditional SCADA architecture is monolithic and proprietary, presenting several challenges.
